摘要:

介绍了炼钢转炉煤气除尘水系统的工艺和水质特性,分析了除尘水的水温、pH、悬浮物、硬度和碱度的变化情况及其危害性。现场采用强化絮凝沉降去除悬浮物,投加水质改进剂和阻垢分散剂进行水质稳定的处理技术处理该系统,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

The technology of dust removing water system of the converter smoke gas in steel-making is introduced.The changes of temperature, pH value, suspended substances, hardness, and alkalinity, and their harmfulness are analyzed. Intensified flocculation degradation process has been used for removing the suspended substances. Water quality improver and scale inhibition dispersing agent are added to carry on the water quality stabilization technology. Through practice on site, a pretty good efficiency has been obtained.
