酸化—Fenton—混凝工艺处理印制电路板显影废水的研究

Study on the treatment of the development wastewater from printed circuit board production by acidification-Fenton-coagulation

摘要:

利用多种方法联合处理是印制电路板废水处理技术的发展方向。作者通过单因素试验确定了酸化、Fenton、混凝3种工艺处理印制电路板废水的最佳参数,并进行了联合工艺处理该废水的实验。结果表明:酸化—Fenton—混凝工艺处理该废水,COD去除率为94%,出水COD为46mg/L,优于酸化—混凝—Fenton法,浊度由619NTU降至3NTU,去除率为99.5%。实验为该技术的应用提供了依据。

Abstract:

Combined process is one of the development directions to treat PCB wastewater.The optimal technologicalconditions of acidification,Fenton oxidation and coagulation processes have been ascertained by single factorexperiments separately.According to the optimal conditions,the development wastewater from PCB production istreated by the combined process.The conclusion shows that the total COD removal rate of acidification-Fentoncoagulationis up to 94%,treatment effect is good,and the effluent COD is only 46 mg/L,better than the acidification-coagulation-Fenton oxidation process.The turbidity is reduced from 619 NTU to 3 NTU,and removal rateis about 99.5%.The experiments provide reference for the application of the process.
