太阳能闪蒸-多效蒸发海水淡化系统研究

Study on the solar energy flash vaporization-multi-effective distillation seawater desalination system

摘要:

针对传统太阳能海水蒸馏淡化方法,综合多级闪蒸和多效蒸发两种系统的优点,设计制造了具有一效蒸发器的太阳能闪蒸-多效蒸发海水淡化装置,并对该装置进行了试验。试验结果表明,系统在海水温度为68~78℃范围内正常运行,具有较高的日产水量,系统达到稳定的时间较短。在闪蒸压力0.014 MPa,蒸发压力0.004 0 MPa条件下,最高海水温度为78℃时,系统产水量为56.30 kg/d,16 min就可以稳定。系统压力不变时,最高海水温度变化,而系统内部温度不变,比较适合太阳能热源不稳定情况。

Abstract:

In view of traditional solar energy seawater distillation desalination methods,integrated with the advantages of multi-stage flash(MSF) desalination and multi-effective distillation (MED),a solar energy flash desalination-multi-effective distillation desalination equipment, which has a one-effective evaporator,has been designed and produced. Tests on the equipment are carried out. The results indicate that the system works normally in the seawater temperature range of 68-78 ℃ and has higher freshwater yield and shorter stabilized time. When the flash evaporation pressure is 0.014 MPa,the distillation pressure is 0.004 0 MPa,and the highest seawater temperature is 78 ℃,the fresh water yield of the system can reach 56.30 kg/d. It takes 16 min for the system to reach stabilization.When the system pressure is constant,the highest seawater temperature varies,but the temperature inside the system does not vary. This is suitable for the unstable heat situation of the solar energy.
