水解+A/O+混凝沉淀处理丙烯腈-腈纶废水

摘要:

采用水解+A/O+混凝沉淀工艺对丙烯腈-腈纶生产废水进行处理,进水COD<850 mg/L,水解停留时间>15 h,A/O停留时间>65 h时,生物处理出水COD<150 mg/L,NH3-N<10 mg/L,SCN<0.5 mg/L,经混凝沉淀处理后COD<100 mg/L,吨水药剂费用<2.4元。

Abstract:

Hydrolysis+A/O+coagulation and sedimentation process has been used for treating acrylonitrile-acrylic fibre wastewater. When the influent COD concentration is below 850 mg/L, and HRT of hydrolysis tank and A/O system are more than 15 h and 65 h, respectively, the COD, NH3-N and SCN-concentration of the biologically treated effluents are less than 150 mg/L, 10 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, respectively. The effluent COD concentration, after being treated by coagulation sedimentation, is below 100 mg/L, and the cost of coagulant per ton is less than CNY 2.4.
