尿素冷凝液回用工艺问题的探讨及对策

摘要:

分析了九江石化尿素冷凝液回用工艺存在的过滤水头压力高、树脂中易形成胶状物及处理水量变小等问题的原因,提出了对现有尿素冷凝液的回用工艺进行改进的对策,即通入NH3调节pH,选择合适的除铁设备,控制尿素冷凝液中有机物浓度,使处理后的尿素冷凝液达到高压锅炉补给水的水质标准。

关键词: 尿素冷凝液, 离子交换树脂, 铁离子, 有机物

Abstract:

Urea c ondensate in the course of recycling is apt to cause some problems. For example,the rosehead pressure is too high,colloid forms easily in ion exchange resin and the quantity of treatment water gets less. Theimprovement of the present urea condensate recycling process and its countermeasures are put forward,including drawing in NH3 for regulating the pH,choosing appropriate iron removing equipment,and controlling theconcentration of organic matter in the urea condensate. As a result,the treated urea condensate reaches the water quality standard of high pressure boiler make-up water.
