电渗析器处理循环冷却系统排污水的试验研究

Treatment of the wastewater discharged from circulating cooling system with electrodialyser

摘要:

进行了电渗析器处理循环冷却系统排污水的试验。试验结果表明,定时自动倒换电极的运行方式,可有效解决电渗析浓差极化和结垢的问题。在进水电导率为2 596~2 600μS/cm时,电渗析器最佳运行参数分别为:电压90 V,相应的电流6.15 A、脱盐率71.32%、能耗1.10 kW.h/m3。电渗析器处理循环冷却系统排污水,产水可以满足循环冷却系统补水水质要求。

Abstract:

The electrodialyser has been used for treating the wastewater discharged from circulating cooling system.The result shows that the problems,such as electrodialysis concentration difference polarization and scaling,can effectively be solved by regularly automatic electrode reverse.When the influent conductivity is 2 596-2 600 μS/cm,the optimum operating parameters of the electrodialyser are as follows : voltage is 90 V,electric current 6.15 A,desalination rate 71.32%,energy consumption 1.10 kW.h/m 3.The water produced by treating the wastewater discharged from circulating cooling system can meet the requirements of the quality standard of make-up water of circulating cooling system.
