改性稻壳吸附亚甲基蓝模拟废水试验研究

Study on the adsorption of modified rice hull for methylene blue in simulated wastewater

摘要:

采用单因素试验方法,研究了稻壳改性条件对改性稻壳吸附亚甲基蓝模拟废水效果的影响,得到稻壳改性的最优条件,并对改性稻壳的吸附机理进行了分析。试验结果表明,氢氧化钠改性稻壳的最优条件:NaOH质量浓度为80 g/L、改性时间为50 min、液固比为20∶1、改性温度为50℃,此条件下改性稻壳对亚甲基蓝的吸附量为96.7mg/g,比改性前提高了6倍多,吸附效果明显优于原稻壳。吸附动力学研究结果表明,该吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型。

Abstract:

By one-factor experiments,the effects of modified rice hull on the adsorption efficacy for methylene blue simulated wastewater have been studied.The optimum conditions of rice hull modification have thus been obtained.The adsorption mechanism of modified rice hull is analyzed.The results show that the optimized conditions of sodium hydroxide modified rice hull are as follows:the mass concentration of sodium hydroxide is 80 g/L,modification time 50 min,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1,and modification temperature 50 ℃.The adsorptive amount of modified rice hull is 96.7 mg/g,which is 6 times of what it was before its modification.The adsorption efficacy is obviously better than the original rice hull.The results of adsorption kinetics study indicate that the adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second order adsorption kinetics model.
