催化臭氧氧化工艺深度处理印染废水

摘要:

采用自制MnO2基催化剂进行催化臭氧氧化处理印染废水的试验。考察了O3输出量、催化剂用量、废水pH、反应时间等对废水处理效果的影响。通过单因素实验确定了最佳的反应条件为:O3输出体积分数为40%,催化剂的投加质量为4.9 g,废水pH=6.4,反应时间为50 min;使用MnO2基催化剂后,COD的去除率能从单独臭氧氧化时的40.17%提高到74.87%,各项指标基本达到了印染废水环保排放和回用的要求。

Abstract:

The advanced treatment experiment of printing & dyeing wastewater by MnO2-supported catalyst ozone oxidation has been studied.The effects of O3 output fraction,catalyst dosage,wastewater pH and reaction time on wastewater treatment efficiency are investigated.By single-factor experiments the best experimental conditions are as follows:O3 output volume fraction is 40%,catalyst dosage 4.9g,pH 6.4,and reaction time 50 min.Under these conditions,the COD removing rate increases from 40.17% to 74.87% of the separate ozone oxidation,after using MnO2-supported catalysts.The indexes reach the requirements of environmental emissions and reuse of printing & dyeing wastewater.
