Study on the treatment of EDTA cleaning wastewater by chemical pretreatment combined with UV-Fenton

摘要:

采用化学预处理联合UV-Fenton光催化氧化法处理EDTA清洗废液,通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了各主要因素对EDTA回收效果及回收后废液COD去除效果的影响.结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,EDTA的回收率在85%以上,COD去除率高达97.1%,处理后COD降至101.9 mg/L,达到排放标准.

Abstract:

The process,chemical pretreatment combined with UV-Fenton photocatalytic oxidation,has been used for treating EDTA cleaning wastewater. Based on single-factor and orthogonal experiments,the effects of every main factor on EDTA recovery effectiveness and COD removing rate are investigated. The results show that under the optimal conditions,the EDTA recovery rate is over 85%,the COD removing rate is as high as 97.1%. After the treatment,the COD reduces to 101.9 mg/L,reaching the discharge standards.
