摘要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃纤维网上负载TiO2薄膜。通过正交实验,考察了胶液配比、焙烧温度及涂覆次数对TiO2薄膜光催化降解苯酚性能的影响,得到玻璃纤维网负载TiO2薄膜的最佳制备条件:胶液配比为V乙醇:V钛酸丁酯=10:1,焙烧温度为500 ℃,硝酸(1+4)体积为2.5 mL,涂覆次数为3。重复实验结果表明,最优条件下制备的玻璃纤维网负载TiO2薄膜的重复使用性良好。 SEM的观察结果表明,玻璃纤维网表面明显负载着厚实的TiO2薄膜。XRD分析表明,玻璃纤维网上负载的TiO2为锐钛矿型。

Abstract:
The immobilized TiO2 catalyst loaded on glass fiber net has been successfully prepared by sol-gel method. By orthogonal experiments, the effects of preparation conditions such as composition ratio of sol solutions, coating times and calcination temperature on the TiO2 film photocatalytic degradation capacity for phenol are investigation. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows:VC2H6O:VTi(C4H9O)4=10:1, calcination temperature=500℃, HNO3 (1+4) volume 2.5 mL, and coating times=3. The repeated experiment results show that the TiO2 film loaded on glass fiber net prepared under the optimal conditions has very good reusability. The results obtained by using SEM and XRD show that the surface of the glass fibers has evenly been coated with TiO2 film, and the TiO2 catalyst loaded on glass fiber net is of anatase phase.
