摘要:

介绍了河南某木糖生产企业的废水处理工程。该工程采用污污分流,经“预处理+EGSB+CASS+气浮”工艺处理高浓度硫酸盐木糖废水。运行实践表明,工艺运行稳定,经济可行。当综合进水COD<4 000 mg/L、BOD5<1 500 mg/L、硫酸盐<1 200 mg/L时,出水可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。

Abstract:

The wastewater treatment engineering of an xylose producing enterprise is introduced. The high-concentra-tion sulfate xylose wastewater has been treated by diverting one kind from another kind of polluted waters, via pretreat-ment+EGSB+CASS+air flotation process. The operation practice shows that the process runs stably and is economi-mically feasible. When the integrated influent COD<4 000 mg/L, BOD5<1 500 mg/L, and sulfate<1 200 mg/L, the effluent meets the requirements of the second class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
