双模式三段接触氧化法处理炼油废水工程应用

摘要:

对某石油化工厂废水处理站生化处理系统进行了整体性工艺改造,设计规模为1 440 m3/d。生化处理系统共分为三段,可根据废水水质采取缺氧+好氧+好氧模式,或采取三段好氧双模式运行。采用低功耗模式运行时,生化系统节能约30%。经过300 d的稳定运行表明,系统处理出水达到并优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准,NH3-N、石油类、硫化物、挥发酚、COD去除率分别为92.68%、92.14%、100%、100%、95.52%。

Abstract:

The bio-treatment system in the wastewater treatment station of an oil refining corporation has been reformed holistically and technically. Its design scale is 1 440 m3/d. The bio-treatment system is divided into 3 sections. Choosing either anoxia+aerobe+aerobe mode,or tri-section aerobe double-mode depends on the water quality of wastewater. When the low power consumption mode is chosen,30% of power can be saved by the biochemical system. After running for 300 d,it shows that the the treated effluent reaches and is superior to the first class of Discharge Standard of Integrated Wastewater(GB 8978-1996). The results show that the removing efficiency of NH3-N,oil,sulfides,volatile phenols and COD are 92.68%,92.14%,100%,100%,and 95.52%,respectively.
