造纸工业中水回用的中试研究

Research on the pilot scale recycled water reuse applied to paper-making industry

摘要: 采用叠片过滤+超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)系统对某造纸厂二级处理后的废水进行了中试规模的深度处理研究,试验结果表明:其出水平均COD为4.44 mg/L,SS<1 mg/L,COD、SS去除率分别为96.1%、97.9%,电导率为19.39 μS/cm,平均脱盐率为99.5%,平均浊度降为0.06 NTU,出水优良,各项指标均满足回用水水质标准。该工艺能连续稳定运行,在技术上可行、可靠。

Abstract: The research on the pilot scale advanced treatment has been accomplished for the wastewater after secondary treatment by laminated filter+UF+RO system in a paper mill. The results show that when its average COD is 4.44 mg/L,and SS less than 1 mg/L,the removing rates of COD and SS are 96.1% and 97.9% respectively,condu-ctivity 19.39 μS/cm,average desalination rate as high as 99.5%,and average turbidity dropped to 0.06 NTU, excellent effluent can be obtained. In general,the water treated by this technology can completely meet the requirements of the recycled water quality standards. This process has the advantages of continuous and stable operation,and feasible and reliable techniques.
