摘要:

氧化锡(SnO2)电极在电解处理水性油墨废水领域具有广泛的应用前景。首先通过酸析降低水性油墨废水的固体悬浮物(SS)、化学耗氧量(COD)和色度, 并在使用自制氧化锡电极和添加电解助剂条件下, 进行了电流密度、极距以及pH等条件的优化。实验还对比了自制氧化锡电极与常用电极对水性油墨废水电解处理的效果。

Abstract:

Tin oxide (SnO2) electrode has a wide application prospect in the electro-oxidation treatment field of water-based printing ink wastewater. Firstly the suspended solid (SS), chemical oxygen demand (COD) and chroma of water-based printing ink wastewater are reduced by acid precipitation. Secondly, its current density, pH and polar distance are optimized under the condition of using home-made tin oxide electrodes and electrolysis additive. Then, the electrolysis treatment results between home-made tin oxide electrode and commonly used electrode on the water-based printing ink wastewater are compared.
