摘要:
针对炼化废水回用中存在的膜污染和膜浓水处理瓶颈问题,以及近年来因原油劣质化造成的废水高盐和波动大的不利影响,开发了双膜废水回用和膜浓端水高效催化氧化组合技术,并进行工程应用实践,最终实现了双膜系统的长周期稳定运行,企业污水回用率在80%以上,实现反渗透浓水稳定达标排放。

Abstract:
Aiming at the bottleneck problems with membrane pollution and concentrated water of membranes existing in the reuse of wastewater from refinery industry,and the negative influences of high salinity and high fluctuation rate on crude oil deterioration in recent years,the combined process of double-membrane wastewater reuse and the highly efficient catalytic oxidation at the tip of concentrated water of membrane have been developed,and engineering application implemented. Finally,the long-term stable running of the double-membrane system has been achieved. The industrial wastewater reuse rate is higher than 80%. The rate of steadily reaching the emission standard of reverse osmosis fortified aqueoushas been realized.
