物化+水解酸化+两级A/O处理明胶废水的试验研究

摘要:

针对某企业明胶生产废水的水质特征,采用物化法+水解酸化+两级A/O工艺对明胶废水进行了处理试验。结果表明,整个组合工艺对明胶废水的处理效果良好,在高盐度条件下,两级A/O对废水中COD的相对去除率分别为63%、85%,出水COD、SS、BOD、氨氮、总氮的去除率均达到90%以上,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of the wastewater from gelatin production in a plant, the combined process, physico-chemical method+hydrolytic acidification process+two stage A/O, has been tested for the treatment of wastewater from gelatin production. The results show that the whole combined process has very good treatment effect on gelatin wastewater. Under high salinity condition, the relative COD removing rate from wastewater by the two stage A/O process are 63% and 85%, respectively. The removing rates of effluent COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen are all above 90%, meeting the requirements specified in Level One of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
