UASB+二级接触氧化组合工艺处理酒厂废水工程实例

Case study on the combined process UASB+secondary biological contact oxidation process for the treatment of the wastewater from a winery

摘要: 以某酒厂废水处理工程为实例,介绍了白酒、黄酒综合废水处理工艺、构筑物参数及设备运行工况。针对该废水污染物浓度较高、有机成分较复杂的情况,以UASB+二级生物接触氧化为主体工艺对其进行处理。该工艺技术可行性高、运行稳定、管理方便、工程投资少、运营成本低,最终处理出水可达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 27631-2011)的间接排放标准要求。

Abstract: Taking the wastewater treatment project of a winery as example,the treatment process of the combined wastewater containing liquor and yellow wine,structure parameters and operation conditions are introduced. Aiming at the situation that the concentration of wastewater pollutants are high and the organic components are complicated,the wastewater has been treated by using UASB+secondary biological contact oxidation as the main process. The process technologies are characterized by high feasibility,stable operation,convenient management,less investment and low running costs. The final treated effluent can meet the requirements for indirect discharge standard specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry (GB 27631-2011).
