聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂对活性蓝19的脱色研究

Research on PAC-CTS composite flocculant for the decolorization of reactive blue 19

摘要: 文章研究了制备温度(T)、碱度(B)对聚合氯化铝性能的影响和壳聚糖含量(C值)对聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂的影响,以活性蓝19模拟染料废水,考察了絮凝剂投加量、pH、TB对絮凝脱色效果的影响。结果发现,通过Al-Ferron法分析优选聚合氯化铝制备条件为B=2.0、T=50℃;PAC投加量为400mg/L,pH在中性时,聚合氯化铝絮凝性能最好;聚合氯化铝-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂主要依靠其附加的架桥作用使脱色效果比PAC强;XRD和TEM的表征更好地印证了絮凝机理。

Abstract: Both the influence of temperature(T)and basicity value(B value)in preparation on the performances of home-made PAC and the influence of chitosan content(C value)on PAC-CTS composite flocculant have been re-searched. Using Reactive Blue 19 simulated dye wastewater as research target,the influences of flocculant dos-age,pH,T and B value on the effects of flocculation and decolorization have been investigated. The results show that the PAC preparation conditions analyzed and optimized by Al-Ferron method are as follows:B=2.0,T=50℃. When PAC dosage is 400 mg/L and pH is neutral,the flocculation performance of PAC is the best. The decoloriza-tion effect of PAC-CTS composite flocculant is better than that of PAC,which depends mainly on the supplemen-tal bridging action. The flocculation mechanisms can be verified by XRD and TEM characterization
