微波场中湿式催化氧化处理苯酚废水Ru系催化剂研究

Research on Ru series catalysts for wet catalytic oxidation of wastewater containing highly concentrated phenol in a microwave field

摘要: 考察了不同制备方法和不同活性组分的催化剂在微波场中(150℃,4 MPa)湿式催化氧化处理苯酚模拟废水(CODCr为22 000 mg/L)的效果。结果表明,涂覆法制备催化剂的活性和稳定性均优于浸渍法制备催化剂。Ru(0.25%)-Fe-Ce/Al2O3-堇青石催化剂的性能最佳,反应40 min后对CODCr去除率达到93.5%,连续反应10次后去除率未明显降低。

Abstract: The wet catalytic oxidation effects of catalysts prepared by different methods and different active components in amicrowave field(150℃,4 MPa) on the phenol simulated wastewater(CODCr is 22 000 mg/L) have been investigated. The results show that the catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst prepared by the coating method are superior to the catalyst prepared by the impregnation method. The catalytic capability of the Ru(0.25%)-Fe-Ce/Al2O3-cordieritecatalyst is optimal. After reacted for 40 min,the CODCr removing rate reaches 93.5%,and no obvious decrease appears after reacted 10 times continuously.
