热电厂反渗透浓水回用处理的试验研究

摘要: 采用超滤+强化阻垢反渗透工艺对某热电厂的高盐度反渗透浓水进行回收,结果表明,超滤+强化阻垢反渗透工艺完全适合反渗透浓水的回收,对离子和有机物的去除效果显著。设备运行稳定,处理后的出水满足二级反渗透的进水水质要求,运行成本与常规的超滤+反渗透工艺的成本基本无异。

Abstract: The UF and enhanced scale inhibition RO process has been used for the recovery of RO concentrated water with high salinity in a power plant. The results show that this process is completely suitable for the recovery of RO concentrated water,having remarkable removing effect on ions and organic substances. It is known that the equipment runs stably,and the treated effluent meets the requirements for the 2nd level water quality of RO influent. The running costs are basically the same as those of conventional UF and RO process.
