基于标准差传递规律的水体中氨氮浓度测定

Determination of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water samples based on standard deviation transfer law

摘要: 在碱性条件下,水体中的氨氮与纳氏试剂作用可生成红棕色的络合物。基于此,在手机比色法的基础上,提出了基于标准差传递规律测定水体中氨氮浓度的新方法,并对标准差传递中误差的影响因素和最优反应条件进行了考察。实验表明,在最佳测定条件下,XR与浓度C线性关系最优,线性方程XR=0.150 9C+1.003 5,相关系数r=0.993 7。该法的RSD为2.19%,加标回收率为91.4%~104.4%,稳定性、精密度和准确度均符合测定要求。

Abstract: Under alkaline conditions,the ammonia nitrogen in water and Nessler reagent can form a reddish brown complex compound. Based on this,on the basis of cellphone colorimetric method,a novel assay for the determination of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water based on the standard deviation transfer law has been developed,and the influencing factors of the errors in the standard deviation transfer and the optimal reaction conditions have been dis-cussed. The results show that the linear relationship between XR and concentration C is the best under the best condi-tions,the linear equation is XR=0.150 9C + 1.003 5,and the correlation coefficient is r=0.993 7. In the sample deter-mination,the RSD of the method is 2.19%,and the labeled recovery rates are 91.4%-104.4%. All the stability,pre-cision and accuracy meet the requirements for determination.
