摘要:

对胞外聚合物(EPS)的形成机理、组成、分类进行了总结,并分析了其组分性质及其对EPS性能的影响。探讨了EPS在生物膜和颗粒污泥形成过程中的作用及对污水处理的影响,论述了影响污水生物处理过程中EPS产生和组成的因素,并对控制EPS产生和组成的方法和措施进行了阐述。

关键词: 胞外聚合物, 蛋白质, 多糖, 污水生物处理

Abstract:

The formation mechanism, composition and classification of extracellular polymer substances(EPS) were summarized, and the properties of the components and their effects on EPS performance were analyzed. The role of EPS in the formation of biofilm and granular sludge and its impact on wastewater treatment were discussed. The factors affecting the production and composition of EPS in the biological treatment process of wastewater were investigated, and the methods and measures for controlling the production and composition of EPS were explained.
