ASBR-SBR-ASBR工艺处理含氮有机废水的快速启动

Quick start-up of the combined ASBR-SBR-ASBR process for the treatment of organic wastewater containing nitrogen

摘要: 采用ASBR-SBR-ASBR三级联合工艺处理高浓度含氮有机废水。结果表明,对于ASBRⅠ反应器,当有机容积负荷为2 kg/(m3·d),HRT为12 h时,有机物降解率达到95%。对于SBR反应器,当NH4+-N容积负荷为0.30 kg/(m3·d),HRT为12 h时,出水NH4+-N与NO2--N的物质的量比接近1:1.32。ASBRⅡ反应器内则发生厌氧氨氧化反应,NH4+-N与NO2--N同步去除;当总氮容积负荷为0.44 kg/(m3·d),HRT为12 h时,NH4+-N去除率可达95%,NO2--N去除率达98%。经过75 d的连续培养,反应器启动成功。

Abstract: The 3-step combined ASBR-SBR-ASBR process has been used for treating the high-concentration organic wastewater containing nitrogen. The results show that when the organic volume load in ASBRⅠis 2 kg/(m3·d), and HRT is 12 h,the degradation rate of organic matter reaches 95% in ASBR Ⅰ. When the volume load of NH4+-N in SBR is 0.30 kg/(m3·d),and HRT is 12 h,the effluent mass ratio of NH4+-N and NO2--N is close to 1:1.32 in SBR. Anammox reaction occurs in ASBRⅡ. The NH4+-N and NO2--N can be removed synchronically. When the total nitrogen volume load in ASBRⅡis 0.44 kg/(m3·d),and the HRT is 12 h,the removing rate of NH4+-N is 95% and the removing rate of NO2--N 98% in ASBRⅡ. After a 75-day continuous cultivation,the reactor is started up successfully.
