微絮凝对超滤膜处理城市污水的影响

摘要:

以AlCl3、Al13为絮凝剂,研究了微絮凝对超滤膜处理城市污水过程的影响。主要考察了投加量对絮凝效率的影响,分析了Zeta电位、膜阻力分布、分形维数等特征,探讨了微絮凝对超滤膜通量的作用机制。结果表明:微絮凝能强化超滤对有机物的去除效果,Al13絮凝剂比AlCl3的电中和能力更强;滤饼层阻力在膜阻力中占主导地位,经Al13絮凝后滤饼层阻力和膜孔阻塞阻力均有所下降;在相同条件下,Al13絮凝剂生成的絮体更加紧实,有利于阻止污染物进入膜孔,从而延缓膜通量下降。

Abstract:

Taking AlCl3 and Al13 as flocculant, the influences of micro-flocculation on ultra-filtration(UF) membrane treatment of municipal wastewater were investigated. The influences of dosage on flocculation efficiency were mainly studied. Moreover, the characteristics of Zeta potential, membrane resistance distribution and fractal dimension were investigated, respectively. And the action mechanism of micro-flocculation on UF membrane was also discussed. The results demonstrated that micro-flocculation could enhance the removal effect of organic compounds. Furthermore, the Al13 had stronger charge neutralization ability than AlCl3. The cake layer resistance occupied the leading position of the membrane resistance. The cake layer resistance and the pore resistance were all decreased after flocculation with Al13. Under the same condition, the floc formed by Al13 had denser structure, which was beneficial to reduce the intrinsic membrane resistance and membrane fouling.
