多相催化氧化-EGSB组合工艺处理丙烯酸废水研究

Acrylic acid wastewater treatment by combined process of heterogeneous catalytic oxidation-EGSB

摘要:

针对某化工园区丙烯酸装置废水组分复杂、COD高、难生物降解的特点,采用多相催化氧化-EGSB反应器组合工艺对其进行处理。结果表明,在多相催化氧化单元,当进水pH为6,反应温度为70℃,H2O2与COD的物质的量比为1.2时,COD、色度去除率分别为76%和93%,B/C由0.15增至0.63。多相催化氧化单元出水采用EGSB反应器进行处理,当温度为30~35℃,进水pH为6.0~6.5,HRT为72 h时,该单元的COD、色度去除率分别为93%、67%。经组合工艺处理后,总COD、色度去除率分别为98.0%、97.5%。

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of complex composition, high COD content and difficult biodegradation of wastewater from acrylic acid plant in a chemical industry park, a high efficiency combined process of heterogeneous catalytic oxidation-EGSB reactor was adopted for treatment. The results showed that the removal rates of COD and chroma were 76% and 93% respectively, under the condition of pH 6, reaction temperature 70℃ and molar ratio of H2O2 to COD 1.2 in the heterogeneous catalytic oxidation unit, and B/C increased from 0.15 to 0.63. The effluent of heterogeneous catalytic unit was treated by EGSB reactor. Under the conditions of 30-35℃, pH of influent water between 6.0-6.5 and HRT of 72 h, the COD and chroma removal rates of the treatment unit were 93% and 67% respectively. After combined treatment, the removal rates of total COD and chroma were 98.0% and 97.5% respectively.
