常温处理焦化废水EGSB反应器的启动

Start-up operation of EGSB reactor for the treatment of coking wastewater at normal temperature

摘要:

实验考察了膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)反应器处理焦化废水的启动运行特点。先以COD为500~2 000mg/L的啤酒废水培养颗粒污泥,35 d的时间COD去除率达90%左右;再用焦化废水和啤酒废水的混合液驯化颗粒污泥,并逐步提高焦化废水所占的比例,约6个月的时间反应器对COD为2 000 mg/L左右的焦化废水的COD去除率稳定在55%,且颗粒污泥的性能良好,可以认为启动工作完成。

Abstract:

The characteristics of the start-up operation of lab-scale EGSB reactor for treating coking wastewater have been investigated. When the granular sludge is cultivated with brewery wastewater whose COD is 500-2 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate reaches about 90% in 35 d. Then, the granular sludge is acclimatized with the mixture of coking wastewater and brewery wastewater. The COD proportion of coking wastewater is increased gradually. Within 6 months or so, the COD removal rate of 2 000 mg/L coking wastewater remains on 55% steadily in the reactor. The capability of granular sludge is favorable and the start-up operation has thus been finished.
