摘要:

介绍了江苏某乡镇生活污水处理站点接收工业废水的改造情况。该区域内企业以小型食品加工厂和纺织厂为主,废水中COD、TN和NH3-N较高。已建的6座乡镇生活污水处理站点采用一体化ANO设备+滤布滤池工艺,该工艺抗冲击负荷能力差、运行维护难度大,但现有设施富余处理量较大。改造工程以充分利用现有设施、同时增强处理系统脱氮除磷能力为主要目的,将原一体化ANO设备改造为倒置A2/O工艺,并新建MBBR池、二沉池、高效沉淀池、鼓风机房和加药间。通过改造,充分利用现有设施的富余处理量来接纳工业废水,同时提升污水处理站点的处理效能和稳定性,正式运行6个月内,单座站点电耗、药剂及人工成本约为1.40元/m3,出水稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。

Abstract:

The reconstruction of township domestic sewage treatment stations in Jiangsu Province to receive industrial wastewater was introduced. The enterprises in the region were mainly small food processing factories and textile factories,and COD,TN and NH3-N in wastewater were high. The integrated ANO equipment+filter cloth filter process was adopted for six township domestic sewage treatment stations in the region. Their ability of impact load resistance was week and operation and maintenance was difficult,while the surplus treatment capacity of the original facilities was rich. Focusing on utilizing the surplus treatment capacity and enhancing the ability of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,the original integrated ANO equipment was reconstruction into inverted A2/O process,while MBBR tank,secondary sedimentation tank,high-efficiency sedimentation tank,blower room and dosing room were newly built. Through the reconstruction,the surplus treatment capacity of the original facilities was fully utilized for the industrial wastewater acceptance. Meanwhile,the treatment efficiency and stability of wastewater treatment stations were improved. Within six months of formal operation,the power consumption,reagent and labor cost of a single station was about 1.40 yuan/m3,and the effluent stably met the first-class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).
