可控交联PAANa-DMAPMA的制备及絮凝效果

Preparation and flocculation effect of the controllable crosslinked PAANa-DMAPMA

摘要:

结合两性离子聚合物的耐盐特性与“适度分子质量”理念,以部分中和的丙烯酸(AA)、二甲氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAPMA)为单体,NN-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钠-亚硫酸氢钠为引发体系,使用水溶液聚合法,通过精确调控MBA投加量以控制聚合物分子交联程度的方式制备了可控交联两性离子聚合物PAANa-DMAPMA。使用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能量色散X射线光谱(EDS)对该目标产物进行了表征,结果表明,适度交联使目标产物重均分子质量(M w)较无交联样品显著提高,同时保持了良好的水溶性。以蒸馏水和不同组分的盐水配制膨润土泥浆(固体质量分数为2%),测试目标产物的絮凝性能,结果表明,投加100 mg/L的目标产物可使淡水泥浆透光率提高至98.3%;与淡水环境相比,目标产物在盐水中的絮凝性能未出现明显下降,且对10%(质量分数)NaCl所配制泥浆的处理效果较1% (质量分数)NaCl泥浆体系略有提升;盐水中CuSO4的引入可进一步增强絮凝效果,此外,絮凝体系对Cu2+也有一定的吸附去除作用。

Abstract:

Using partially neutralized acrylic acid(AA) and dimethylaminopropylmethacrylamide(DMAPMA) as the monomers, N, N-methylbisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinker, and sodium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as initiating system, a controllable crosslinked zwitterionic polymer(PAANa-DMAPMA) was prepared by precisely adjusting the MBA dosage to control the crosslinking degree of polymer molecular. The target product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), gel permeation chromatography(GPC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The results showed that the weight average molecular weight(M w) of the target product was significantly higher than that of the sample without crosslinking, while maintaining good water solubility. Bentonite mud (with a solid mass fraction of 2%) was prepared using distilled water and saline water of different components and the flocculation performance of the target product was tested. The results showed that adding 100 mg/L of the target product could increase the light transmittance of the freshwater mud to 98.3%. Compared with freshwater condition, the flocculation performance of the target product in saline water did not show a significant decrease, and the treatment effect on mud prepared with 10% (mass fraction) NaCl was slightly improved compared to mud prepared with 1% (mass fraction) NaCl. The introduction of CuSO4 in saltwater could further enhance the flocculation effect. In addition, the flocculation system also had a certain adsorption and removal effect on Cu2+.
