This paper introduces the origin of powdered activated carbon in addition to the activated sludge treatment (PACT^TM),technical process,characteristic and different PACT^TMmechanisms.The paper also introduces the dynamic models of the removal of organic priority pollutants by PACT^TM.In the end,several problems which should be noticed in applying PACT^TMhave been discussed
