没食子酸对碳钢缓蚀性能的研究

Abstract

Abstract:

The picking inhibition of gallis acid to carbon steel has been studied.There is a quite strong synerg istic effect in using gallis acid and sex a-methy-tetra-amine.The inhibition mechanism is described.

摘要：

介绍了一种新型酸洗缓蚀剂。实验中采用失重法研究了植物型缓蚀剂没食子酸对碳钢的缓蚀性能。实验表明,在40℃和4h条件下,在5%的盐酸中,使用没食子酸与六次甲基四胺有较强的协同作用,复配缓蚀率>96%。通过研究找到了没食子酸在碳钢上的吸附等温式,计算出碳钢溶解的表观活化能,从而揭示了没食子酸在碳钢上的吸附机理。
