聚砜—Al2O3复合膜处理油田含油污水

Abstract:

This paper reports the treatment of oil-bearing wastewater by polysulfone-alumina composite membrane w hich have been produced by the addition of Al2O3 to polysulfone(PSF).After the change of the permeate flux along with time and pressure is measured and the water sample is analy sed,the composite membrane are found to be very ef fective fo rremoving oil from oil-bearing wastewater.The permeation flux of the composi temembrane still keeps 85 % the first fluxafter sixth cleaning,the treated water samples conform to application request in oil field.

摘要:

报导了用Al2O3微粒填充到聚砜(PSF)中制备的复合膜对含油水体进行处理。通过对水通量随操作压力、时间和水样的分析可知,该复合膜对含油污水有很好的处理效果。在相同的操作压力下,PSF与Al2O3质量比为10∶5的复合膜的水渗透通量最大,并且随着时间的进行该复合膜的水渗透通量下降的最慢;聚砜—Al2O3复合膜对油的截留率高于90%;经过6次清洗后复合膜的水渗透通量仍然能恢复到初始通量的85%;处理后的水样符合油田回注水的要求。
