Abstract:
Inorganic Membrane Bioreactor (IMBR)is an innovattory and effective wastewater treatment in which membrane technology is integrated with the conventional activated sludge technology.A study on IMBR for beer wastewater treatment and reuse is introduced in this paper.The results show when the HRT is 3.5 ~ 5 h 、COD volumet ricload is 3.54 ~ 6.255 kg/(m3·d),IMBR has a high removalef ficiency for COD(96 %),NH3-N (99 %),SS(90 %),turbidity (100 %).The t reated water could be used for washing or cooling.The cleaning of membrane is also disscussed.

摘要:
无机膜—生物反应器(IMBR)是90年代兴起的一种废水生化处理的新技术。笔者介绍了无机膜—生物反应器用于啤酒废水的处理研究,采用好氧分置式膜生物反应器,膜组件是无机陶瓷膜,生物反应器是活性污泥曝气池。试验研究结果表明:在HRT为35~5h,COD负荷为354~6255kg/(m3·d)条件下,IMBR对废水的COD、NH3—N、SS、浊度的去除率分别达到96%、99%、90%和100%,膜出水水质好且稳定,明显优于建设部杂用水水质标准CJ251-1989,宜于回用,并且简单讨论了膜的清洗。
