超滤膜在工业循环冷却排污水回用中的应用

Abstract:

The ultrafilter membrane is used as a pretreating method for the whole reuse system in the pilotplant on the spot. After a nearly 180 h test has conducted,the attenuation curves of the ultrafilter membrane water quality and flux are obtained. The backwash frequency is also obtained. The results show that by using this system, the water quality of the produced water has meet the index of influent water quality of the reverse osmosis treatment system. It is suggested that running safety tests of the reverse osmosis should be conducted, and the right chemical cleaning period after the water enters the reverse osmosis system should be found out.

摘要:

在循环冷却排污水的现场中试试验之中,采用超滤(UF)系统作为整个中水回用系统的预处理方法,经过近180h的试验,取得此种超滤膜在运行过程中的水质水量衰减状况曲线以及反冲周期。由试验结果可以看出,用超滤系统作为循环冷却排污水的预处理系统,其产水的水质指标已经达到反渗透系统的进水水质指标,产水水量符合标定水量,建议超滤产水进入反渗透系统,进行反渗透系统的运行安全性试验,并通过试验进一步寻找反渗透系统的化学清洗周期。
