Abstract:

According to the test species,bioassay methods for wastewater toxicity are divided into two types-methods based on bacteria and hydrophilic biological species.The sensitivity,accuracy,reliability,applicability of these methods are compared,and the problems of these methods in determining the toxicity of wastewater are analysed and some suggestions are put forward.

摘要:

从毒性测试的受试生物出发,根据不同生物对水中毒性的不同反应症状,把污水毒性的生物测定方法分为利用细菌和利用水生动植物进行测试的两类方法,比较了各种方法的灵敏性、准确性、可靠性以及适用性,重点综述了发光菌、呼吸速率及斑马鱼和大型蚤的急、慢性毒性实验方法的应用,并对现存问题给出了分析和建议。
