Abstract:
The way to reducing ammonia nitrogen in the circulating cooling water system is introduced. It is summarized in four aspects: escaping from the cooling tower, nitrifying,etc. Then the ammonia nitrogen effect on the circulating cooling water system is researched in two aspects: microbe and metal corrosion. The relations between ammonia nitrogen and microbe development, and four ways in which ammonia nitrogen corrodes the metal are indicated. At last, through static metal hanging slice test, the relation between ammonia nitrogen and B30 corrosion is proved. The relational expression is y = 0.0004x1.4461.

摘要:
介绍了循环水系统中氨氮的降解方式,将其概括为冷却塔的吹脱作用、硝化作用、其他微生物的同化作用和加氯氧化作用四个方面。随后从微生物及金属腐蚀两方面论述了氨氮对循环水系统的影响,指出了氨氮与微生物滋生的关系,以及氨氮造成金属腐蚀的四种方式。最后,通过静态挂片试验,得出B30管的腐蚀速率随着氨氮浓度的增加是以幂函数的形式增长的,其关系式为y=0.0004x1.4461。
