Abstract:

Based on the characteristics of circulating water system, aiming at the problems of the present cleaning prescription and in order to satisfy the on-line cleaning requirement for the long period running of the equipment, a complex integrative cleaning agent is prepared through experiments. The agent is suitable for on-line use and has good capacity of cleaning phosphor, zinc and calcium scales. Its corrosive tendency is low. It proves to be very effective in industrial practice.

摘要：

根据现场循环水系统的腐蚀结垢特点,针对现有清洗配方存在的问题,为满足装置长周期运行提出的不停车清洗要求,通过试验研究,研制出了复合一体化的、适用于不停车条件下使用的清洗剂ZW-1,该清洗剂具有较好的清洗磷锌钙垢能力,腐蚀性弱,经现场工业应用试验证明效果良好。
