Abstract:

Industrial lignosulfonate is modified to graft carboxy by the free radical copolymerization reaction to synthesize a kind of scale inhibitor-the carboxylic lignosulfonate. Different initiation systems affecting the synthesis reaction have been studied. Compared with some commonly used scale inhibitors, the carboxylic lignosulfonate has better scale inhibition, and it can serve as a relatively desirable green scale inhibitor. The mechanism of the carboxylic lignosulfonate’s scale inhibition is discussed.

摘要:

采用自由基共聚反应,对工业磺化木质素进行接枝羧基的改性,制备得到羧酸型磺化木质素阻垢剂。阐明了不同引发剂对合成反应的影响;比较了羧酸型磺化木质素与目前几种常用阻垢剂的阻垢性能,并对其阻垢机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明,羧酸型磺化木质素是一种阻垢性能较为理想的绿色阻垢剂。
