木质素磺酸钠接枝聚丙烯酸钠树脂的制备及其吸附

Abstract:

Sodium lignosulfonate and sodium polyacrylate were used as raw materials to prepare a sodium lignosulfonate grafted sodium polyacrylate resin with heavy metal adsorption properties, and its adsorption properties for heavy metal ions Pb2+ and Cu2+ in water were studied. Firstly, the influence of initiator dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and other preparation conditions on the grafting rate of adsorption resin was studied. Secondly, the prepared adsorption resin was characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. Finally, the influence of grafting rate, pH, adsorption time, and the initial metal ion concentration on the adsorption effect were investigated. The results showed that the maximum grafting rate was 81.7%, and the maximum adsorption rates of the prepared adsorption resin for Pb2+ and Cu2+ were 93.28% and 91.46%, respectively. The saturated adsorption capacities were 25.338 1 and 23.675 9 mg/g, respectively.

摘要:

以木质素磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠为原料制备了具有重金属吸附性的木质素磺酸钠接枝聚丙烯酸钠树脂,并研究了其对水中重金属离子Pb2+和Cu2+的吸附性能。首先研究了引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等制备条件对吸附树脂接枝率的影响;其次对制备的吸附树脂进行了SEM、XRD及FTIR表征;最后考察了接枝率、pH、吸附时间、初始金属离子浓度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:最大接枝率为81.7%;制备的吸附树脂对Pb2+和Cu2+的最大吸附率分别为93.28%和91.46%,饱和吸附容量分别为25.338 1、23.675 9 mg/g。
