电镀废水分类化学处理法工程设计实例

Abstract:

Chemical treatment has been used for treating the electroplating wastewater in an electrical implement factory. The electroplating wastewater is classified into 3 categories: chromium-containing wastewater, cyanidecontaining wastewater and mixed wastewater. It is proved that chemical treatment is effective and stable. The removal rate of the main pollutants is higher than 95%. After the treatment, the water quality of the effluent water reaches the First Grade Discharge Standard of Wastewater, GB 8978—1996, and meets the requirements of the permitted concentration standard of the first kind of pollutant.

摘要:

在某电器厂,采用将电镀废水按含铬废水、含氰废水、综合废水分类收集,之后用化学法分别处理的方法处理该厂电镀废水。经调试运行表明化学处理法处理电镀废水效果稳定可靠,主要污染物去除率可达95%以上,处理后出水水质全部达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中一级标准及第一类污染物最高允许浓度标准要求。
