Abstract:
The comprehensive wastewater discharged from a leather enterprise has been used as a research target, and the heavy metal trapping agent as chromium removing precipitant. The influences of trapping agent species,dosage,system pH,temperature,dosages of flocculants and coagulant aids,and setting time on the chromium removal effect have been discussed. The results show that the chromium removal effect of LX-Y803 is the best. Its optimal dosage is 90 mg/L,and the optimal pH 9 and the optimal temperature 50℃. The addition of flocculants and coagulant aids can enhance the setting effect. The results also show that the optimal dosage of PAM is 2.5 mg/L,dosage of coagulant aids 0.2 mg/L,and optimal setting time 15 min. Under these conditions,the total chromium removing rate reaches 98.27%,organic chromium removing rate reaches 97.08%,and inorganic chromium removing rate reaches 99.62%. The total chromium content in the treated wastewater is 0.97 mg/L,meeting the requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Leather and Fur Making Industry(GB 30486-2013).

摘要: 以某皮革企业排放的综合废水为研究对象,选取重金属捕集剂作为除铬沉淀剂,探讨捕集剂种类、添加量、体系pH、温度、絮凝剂与助凝剂添加量、沉降时间对除铬效果的影响。结果表明,LX-Y803的除铬效果最好,最佳投药量为90 mg/L,最佳pH为9,温度为50℃。添加絮凝剂和助凝剂强化沉降,结果表明,PAM最佳投加量为2.5 mg/L,助凝剂最佳投加量为0.2 mg/L,最佳沉降时间为15 min。最终,总铬去除率可达98.27%,有机铬去除率为97.08%,无机铬去除率为99.62%,处理后废水中的总铬为0.97 mg/L,达到GB 30486-2013《制革及毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》要求。
