UASB—CASS—混凝工艺处理木薯淀粉废水

Abstract:

The UASB-CASS-coagulation process has been used for treating cassava starch wastewater. Its application results show that when the COD, BOD5 and SS of influent are 13 078, 7 297, 3 386 mg/L respectively, and those of effluent are 96,18,42 mg/L. The removal rates of the three are all above 99%. The effluent water quality is stable and meet the First Grade of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standaard (GB 8978—1996). At the same time, the marsh gas produced during the wastewater treatment can be used as assistant combustion,making good environmental and economic benefits

摘要:

采用UASB—CASS—混凝工艺处理木薯淀粉废水。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5、SS分别为13 078、7 297、3 386 mg/L的条件下,出水COD、BOD5、SS分别为96、18、42 mg/L,三者去除率均在99%以上,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级标准。同时处理过程中产生的沼气可作辅助燃料,具有良好的环境效益和社会经济效益。
