混凝沉淀—水解酸化—CASS—气浮处理缎带染色废水的工程实例

Abstract:

A process including coagulation-hydrolytic acidification-CASS-air flotation process has been used fortreating the wastewater from a printworks in Jiangsu Province. After running for more than one year,it is concluded that the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,SS and chroma are 87%,66%,72% and 93%,respectively. Thewater quality of effluent is stable,meeting the requirements of Class -I criteria specified in the Standard ofWastewater Pollutants Discharged from Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry (GB 4287—1992).

摘要:

江苏某缎带染色厂设计采用混凝沉淀—水解酸化—CASS—气浮工艺处理生产废水,处理规模为500m3/d。1 a的运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、氨氮、SS、色度的去除率分别达到87%、66%、72%、93%以上,最终出水水质可达到GB 4287—1992《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》中的一级标准要求。
