Abstract:
The treatment effect of the aerobic degrading strains on the wastewater from Shihezi Tianye Tomato Products Co.,Ltd. has been studied. The results show that the time of sludge acclimation could be effectively shortened after adding the aerobic degrading strains. Within 41 treating days,when the average COD of the influent is 743.07 mg/L,the average COD removal rate is 59.27%,the average effluent COD is 278.79 mg/L,and the pH and SS are 7.04 and ≤150 mg/L,respectively. The effluent quality is in accordance with the requirements of the third class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). The highly efficient aerobic degrading strains could guarantee that the effluent reaches the discharge standard and solve the difficulties of sludge preservation and acclimation in unproductive phase.

摘要:
研究了高效降解菌群对天业番茄制品有限公司废水的处理效果。结果表明:加入菌群能够有效缩短污泥培养时间;在41 d的处理期内,进水COD平均为743.07 mg/L时,COD去除率平均为59.27%,出水COD平均为278.79 mg/L,出水pH为7.04,SS≤150 mg/L,出水符合GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的三级排放标准要求。高效降解菌群可保证处理出水达到排放标准要求,同时解决非生产期的污泥保存及驯化难题。
