Abstract:
Feasibility and optimumoperating conditions of ultrafiltration(UF) and comet fiber filter followed by reverse osmosis have been tested through a series of trials. Aiming at the circulating water quality, the pollutant catching capacity and resumption performance of the comet fiber have been tested. The performances of UF membrane elements from different plants have also been tested. The results show that comet fiber has very good pollutant catching capacity and resumption performance. The UF membrane suitable for the water quality of that power plant and its running parameters have been chosen through comparison. The effluent can continuously and steadily meet the requirements of reverse osmosis influent water quality.

摘要:
验证了某电厂循环冷却排污水处理选用彗星过滤+超滤作为反渗透进水的预处理工艺的可行性。针对该电厂循环水水质测试了彗星过滤器的截污能力及恢复性能, 并对不同厂家的超滤膜元件进行了性能测试。结果表明, 彗星过滤器有良好的截污能力和恢复性能。经过比较选出适合该电厂水质的超滤膜及其运行参数。出水能够连续稳定满足反渗透进水水质要求。
