微波诱导活性炭催化氧化在化学品洗箱废水处理中的应用研究

Abstract:

The treatment effect and influencing factors of the microwave induction activated carbon catalytic oxidation process on the treatment of chemicals container cleaning wastewater have been investigated.The results show that this process has pretty good treatment effectiveness on chemicals container cleaning wastewater.Increasing the microwave power and air input can improve the treatment effectiveness of the system,but increasing the influent flow can shorten the contact time between the wastewater and activated carbon.Since the pollutants are difficult to be oxidized completely,the effluent water quality is adversely affected.With certain operation parameters,this wastewater COD and TOC removing rates can be more than 90% by using this process,meeting the requirements of effluent water quality.

摘要:

考察了微波诱导活性炭催化氧化对化学品洗箱废水的处理效果及影响因素,结果表明,该技术对化学品洗箱废水具有良好的处理效果。增加微波功率和进气量可以有效提高处理效果,但进水流量的增加会缩短废水与活性炭的接触时间,致使污染物很难被氧化完全而影响出水水质。在一定的运行参数下,该技术可使废水COD和TOC的去除率均达到90%以上,使出水满足回用水要求。
