Abstract:
Activated carbon fiber(ACF)with high yield has been prepared from viscose rayon fiber. The carbonization yield of viscose rayon fiber can be greatly increased from 20% to 44% by the pretreatmen of adding (NH4)2HPO4 to rayon fiber. And the mechanism of increasing the carbonization yield of viscose rayon fiber by (NH4)2HPO4 pretreatment has been put forward. Steam is used as activator. When the activating temperature is 950 ℃ and activating time 30 min,the ACF specific surface area of the prepared activated carbon fiber can reach l 680 m2/g. The prepared ACF can be used as adsorbent in water purifier. Thus,the activated carbon fiber purifier has been developed, and its purification effect investigated. The results show that water purifier based on ACF shows good effect on water purification,and the CODMn of effluent can reach 0.88 mg/L,far less than 3 mg/L of the requirement prescribed in the Standard GB 5749—2006.

摘要:
以黏胶纤维为原料制备了高收率活性炭纤维。磷酸氢二铵预处理可使黏胶纤维的炭化收率由20%提高到44%,提出了磷酸氢二铵预处理提高黏胶纤维炭化收率的机理。以水蒸气为活化剂,当活化温度为950 ℃,活化时间为30 min 时,所制活性炭纤维的比表面积可达1 680 m2/g。开发了活性炭纤维净水器,并考察了其净化效果,研究结果表明: 该活性炭纤维净水器具有很好的净水效果, 出水CODMn为0.88 mg/L, 远优于GB 5749—2006 规定的CODMn≤3 mg/L 的要求。 [
