Abstract:

After Qikou 17-2 Oilfield has been cleaned up and hybrid injected,the water quality treatment process needs to be adjusted urgently. The oil-bearing concentration of the injected water exceeds the standard. Theinspection results of oil-bearing concentration of every node of water injection process show that the low oil removing rate of hydraulic cyclone is the node which results in the excess of oil-bearing content of the injected water. The operation parameters of hydraulic cyclone have been optimized. The results show that the oil removing rate of hydraulic cyclone can be improved to 70%,when its PDR value is 1.75 and flow rate 95 m3/h. The injected water oilbearing concentration meets the requirements of controlling indexes.

摘要:

歧口17-2油田实行清污混注后,注入水含油浓度超标,急需对水质处理流程进行调整。对注水流程各节点含油浓度的检测结果显示,水力旋流器除油效率低是导致注入水含油超标的关键节点。对水力旋流器运行参数进行了优化,结果表明,当PDR值为1.75,流量为95 m3/h时,水力旋流器除油率可提高到70%以上,注入水含油浓度满足控制指标要求。
