Abstract:
The effects of homogenization, as a pretreatment process, combining with ozonation on sludge crushing have been investigated. The experimental results indicate that under the following conditions:sludge concentration is 20.912 g/L, rotation speed 6 000 r/min, homogenization 2 h, sludge MLSS reducing rate reaches 36.9%. At certain pH, after homogenization, the sludge crushing effect of ozonation is better than that of ozonation after homogenization at the same pH. Moreover, the sludge MLSS reducing rate shows an increasing trend with the progressive increase of pH. When ozone dosage is 0.15 g/g, at pH=13 the reducing rate of homogenization combining with ozonation for crushing sludge MLSS can reach 58.3%. Compared with crushing pretreatment without homogenization, direct ozonation crushing has an increase of 36.7%.

摘要:
以匀浆破解为预处理,考察了其结合臭氧氧化对污泥破解效果的影响。结果表明:在污泥浓度20.912 g/L、转速6 000 r/min下匀浆破解2 h,污泥MLSS减少率达到36.9%;先调pH后匀浆破解+臭氧氧化的污泥破解效果优于匀浆破解后调相同pH下+臭氧氧化,同时污泥MLSS减少率随pH的升高递增;在臭氧投加量0.15 g/g下,pH=13匀浆预处理结合臭氧氧化破解污泥MLSS减少率达到58.3%,较无匀浆破解预处理直接臭氧氧化破解提高36.7%。
