Abstract:
The combined process of triple effect evaporator, membrane bioreactor(MBR) and reverse osmosis(RO) has been used for the advanced treatment of high-salinity organic wastewater in an enterprise. At first, the macro-molecular organics and salt are removed by the three-effect evaporator. Then, the organic pollutants can be further removed by MBR and the residual organics and salt can be removed by RO system. The running results show that the effluent water quality can meet the requirements of the water quality of water to be used in enterprise production process, reaching the goal of zero-discharge.

摘要:
采用三效蒸发器、膜生物反应器(MBR)与反渗透(RO)组合工艺,对某企业高含盐有机废水进行深度处理,首先通过三效蒸发器去除大分子有机物和盐分,然后利用MBR进一步去除有机污染物,利用RO系统去除剩余的有机物和盐分。运行结果表明:出水水质可满足企业生产工艺用水水质要求,并达到零排放的目的。
