曝气生物滤池沿程脱氮性能及其微生物特性研究

Abstract:

The simulated wastewater has been treated by biological aerated filter pilot system. The relationship between the transformation rules of nitrogen-containing compound along the path of microbial biomass,bacterial community richness and the similarity of bacterial population has been studied. The results show that the biomass along the path of biological aerated filter decreases gradually. And the microorganism near the influent inlet grows intensively. The richness of the whole bacterial community in the reactor is very high,but the flora species along with the path do not have significant change. The excellent ammonia nitrogen removing and total nitrogen removing capacities of the biological aerated filter is the results of the orderly change and cooperation of the bacterial population number in space which was initiated by nutrient substance change along the way.

摘要:

通过曝气生物滤池中试系统处理模拟废水,研究沿程含氮化合物转化规律与微生物量、细菌群落丰富度、细菌种群相似程度的关系.结果表明,曝气生物滤池沿程的生物量逐渐减少,进水口附近微生物生长密集,反应器整体微生物种群丰富度都很高,但沿程菌群种类变化不大,曝气生物滤池脱除氨氮和总氮的良好性能,是沿程营养物质变化引发各细菌种群数量在空间上有序变化有机合作的结果.
